TRANSFORMING LIVES THROUGH APPLIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS

Cassady Hughes
Your Partner in Behavioral Analysis
With a B.S. from the University of Alabama and an M.A. in Exceptional Student Education specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Over the past 8 years, I have dedicated my career to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and communities. My extensive experience spans working with children aged 18 months to 20 years diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral disorders. For the past 2.5 years, I have been a BCBA, honing my skills in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs). These plans are tailored to effectively decrease severe problem behaviors and enhance functional communication skills. Additionally, I have provided expert witness services, leveraging my in-depth knowledge of behavior and behavior reduction procedures to support legal cases. My passion lies in helping individuals achieve their fullest potential through evidence-based interventions and compassionate care.
My Approach and Committment to Your Care
As an ABA therapist, my approach to care is deeply rooted in dedication and individualized attention. I believe every person is unique, and I am committed to tailoring my strategies to meet each individual’s specific needs and goals. By focusing on personalized care, I strive to make meaningful progress and positive changes in their lives, one step at a time.
